Whole Cranberry Relish


  • 1 pound cranberries, picked over
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest


Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until most of the cranberries pop open and the mixture is somewhat thickened, 7 to 10 minutes.

Makes about 3 cups

**Thoughts~This is the best whole cranberry relish recipe I have tried so far!**
