Three Bean Salad


1 15-ounce can green beans, drained
1 15-ounce can wax beans, drained
1 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained
1 onion, diced (red, white, or yellow)
1 green pepper, diced

3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Dash garlic powder


Combine all beans, onion & green pepper in a bowl. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder together in a smaller bowl. Pour over bean mixture.

Best if made the day before serving and refrigerated. Recipe may be doubled.
