Crockpot Beef Stroganoff


4 cups cubed beef (stew meat)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1-2 jars mushrooms
1 cup sour cream


Place beef in slow cooker. Cover with mushroom soup and mushrooms.

Place cover on slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hour, or on high 4-5 hours.

Before serving, stir in sour cream.

Serve over cooked rice, pasta or baked potatoes.
