Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 8 ounce package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

Cut butter into small slices. Combine all ingredients except crackers. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
