Cucumber Sour Cream Salad


2 medium cucumbers
3/4 cup sour cream
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dill weed


Pare cucumbers and slice thinly into large bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients except dill weed; pour over cucumbers and toss lightly. Sprinkle with dill weed. Cover and chill. Just before serving, toss carefully.

Serves 8 to 10

**Thoughts~Add some sliced onions.**
