Freezer Corn


8 cups of corn cut off of cobs
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar


Put above ingredients in a saucepan and just barely cover with water. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Pour out in a flat pan and cool. Put into freezer containers.
