Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs or crackers
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
ketchup

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form a loaf, and place the loaf in an ungreased cake pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take loaf out and cover with ketchup. Place back in oven and bake for 15 more minutes.

Note: You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.

I grew up detesting meatloaf. I don't know why though because I never actually tried it! I just recently discovered that I LOVE my grandma's meatloaf--I wish I had tried it years ago! This recipe sounds great!
